HHSE - Form 8 Disclosures / and Edgar (SEC) Access

Greetings HHSE friends - At long last, HHSE was issued new access codes, pass-phrase, CCC, CIK and PMAC so that we can resume public filings via the S.E.C. Edgar Database.

There are several issues that the company's security counsel felt needed to be disclosed prior to our more substantive filings... and these are listed in the Form 8 below.

Although we now have direct access to publish disclosures and reports to the S.E.C. Edgar Department, we have lost several days of productivity attempting to properly format this Form 8 so that it could be uploaded. In the recent past, all "text" documents could be easily uploaded, with only the financial charts needing the metatags and formatting from an XBRL service. However, documents posted onto Edgar now must be in either raw text form (no formatting), or in "web page" HTML friendly form.

Our Form 8 below started with 402 HTML errors a week ago. We have whittled this down to 22 errors by laboriously making line-by-line corrections to the ASCII codes of the HTML formatting (which is not visible on the published files). However, we have hit an impasse on these final 22 HTML / ASCII errors, and have made the decision (and investment) to engage a 3rd party formatting company to complete the process on this Form 8 statement. We apologize for the delay... based on prior HHSE submissions to Edgar, we did not anticipate any format changes that would impede our filings.

Now we know... So, onward to the more important tasks at hand...

UPDATE: Thursday, Dec. 7 - 8-k has now been properly formatted. We were informed this morning by the S.E.C. Edgar Filer Support team that HHSE must send a notarized authorization form to allow for third party access to make our Edgar filings. This notarization and authoriztion has been completed and uploaded to Edgar... so at any moment now, the company will commence making S.E.C. filings (via our third party services provider), so that we can complete the various corporate goals and projects.

WILDFIRE and COWBOYS OF CANNABIS launch mark the beginnning of an exciting new era for HHSE !

Greetings to our HHSE Friends (as well as to the four cranky bozos who like to "trash" talk the company and executives!). Talk is cheap, but reality can hit you in the face like a bucket of ice water. After delays, struggles and down-right sabotage by some parties, HHSE completed BOTH the WILDFIRE feature film and the COWBOYS OF CANNABIS TV series pilot - which launched last week. WILDFIRE premiered as the opening night gala event for the LONE STAR FILM FESTIVAL to a packed house... AND... COWBOYS OF CANNABIS launched as an exclusive run with TUBI for streaming via this popoular AVOD platform. WILDFIRE revenues will easily exceed $2.5-mm... against a production cost of $489,000... and the upside for COWBOYS OF CANNABIS has an even greater return-on-investment percentage (due to the micro-budget costs of shooting the feature pilot). Both items will positively impact the company's revenues and balance sheet for years to come. The HHSE uplist to OTCQB is in process, and this achievement should bring in a flood of interested new traders and investors. Of course, the four clowns on chat boards will incorrectly predict that the HHSE uplist will "never happen" - so, we will just let their track records of being WRONG 100% of the time speak for us. MUCH MORE TO COME... So, Buckle-up my friends, the launch will be epic!

WILDFIRE and COWBOYS OF CANNABIS Both Launched!

At long last, and after prior delays and disappointments, the reality is finally here! WILDFIRE screened last night to a sold out and enthusiastic audience at the Lone Star Film Festival in Fort Worth… and... COWBOYS OF CANNABIS launches today (Nov 3) under an exclusive arrangement with TUBI - a wholly-owned division of the Disney-Fox media empire (a Fortune 100-listed company). The Wildfire screening attracted national and local media coverage, and facetiously featured "the biggest star to ever walk the red carpet"... our equine star PANCHO who portrays the title character horse. After the screening, Michael Martin Murphey, and Chevel Shepherd conducted a VIP performance of songs from the movie. Additional information and media links will be posted over the upcoming days. Next - watch for Ads, publicity and social media outreach in support today's launch of COWBOYS OF CANNABIS on TUBI. HHSE and 1-11 Productions get paid every time the show is watched ("Advertiser supported VOD"). So, we have motivation to encourage people to watch the show over the coming weeks. Much more to come... buckle up!
