Greetings HHSE Friends & Longs - Happy pre-Thanksgiving week. Although there will be significantly more information provided in filings and releases in the works for this week, here is a quick summary of some key items that various shareholders have written about:
1). VODWIZ - yes, we successfully closed a participation agreement with a major theatrical distributor last week in Los Angeles; with the credibility of these higher-profile titles, we feel the launch to consumers will be well-received. Although the total quantity of titles already available to VODWIZ will place the site among the top echelon for programming, we have felt that the caliber of the initial slate needed some theatrical visibility to generate the greatest consumer enthusiasm and response. We have also initiated a plan for an "advertising-based" model as an option for VODWIZ users (ala the "Hulu" model). Details of this variation on the pay-per-transaction model are still being formulated.
2). FORM 4 FILINGS - In Mid-September, Parkinson and Shefte each made the commitment to buy shares directly from the Company, which transaction required the filing of a Form 4 Statement with the S.E.C. However, in lieu of accepting delivery of the shares immediately, both purchasers agreed to accept an irrevocable assignment letter from the Company and Transfer Agent, allowing the shares to be issued upon demand. Counsel for the Company's Transfer Agent would not approve the irrevocable authorization letters until after the Form 4's were published. Shefte's was published by the S.E.C. on Sept. 30, and Parkinson's was published on Oct. 10 (due to a conflicting filing number relating to Parkinson's prior status as C.E.O. of Hemdale Communications, Inc., NASDAQ). Within one week of both transactions being published, the authorization letters were approved, thus completing the "equitable" consideration exchange for the transactions to be recorded. Under S.E.C. Edgar Rules, Form 4's must be filed within 2-days following the closure of a transaction but may be filed sooner.
3). ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER - The film's theatrical release took it to the # 1 spot for top grossing Motorcycle Docs of all time (source: BoxOfficeMojo), and it continues to play in theatres (dates set through Dec. 18). The home video release is set for Feb. 10, 2015, with commitments already received from Walmart, Target, Best Buy and Netflix.

"ON ANY SUNDAY" - already the # 1 Motorcycle Film of All Time!
Greetings HHSE Friends & Shareholders - with second weekend grosses moving the total box office up to $474,000, "ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER" has become the top grossing motorcycle film of all time (rankings through Box Office Mojo). The film is closing in on the grosses of "Dust to Glory" (at $640,013) which is currently the # 1 "Motor-SPORTS" film of all time.
The release is a resounding success by all measures of: 1). the genre, 2). the theatrical exhibitors and 3). the expectations of both Hannover House, Inc. and Redbull Media House. The Redbull Media House division - formed several years ago to help promote the Redbull branding through motorsports and extreme sports programming - is enjoying their first significant box office success; the national USA theatrical release is driving their international licensing of the film, and current theatrical releasing milestones have hit the achievement levels necessary for a major Netflix Subscription Video-On-Demand placement. Although neither HHSE nor Redbull will be releasing any "projections" for the anticipated home video and V.O.D. revenues (streeting on Feb. 10, 2015), the historic results for similarly themed programming are very good.
BEST BUY - if you get a chance, swing by your local Best Buy location to see the Robby Maddison extreme motorcycle-jump clip (from "ON ANY SUNDAY") on all the monitors (wow, amazing PR placement!), along with a teaser for the DVD and Blu-Ray of "ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER." This Best Buy clip will run on the monitors program at all Best Buy locations through Friday, Nov. 21st.
Redbull is an amazing organization - a tightly run ship and a hugely successful (purportedly a $6-Billion Dollar) private company! Their annual advertising, PR and branding budgets each year are not publicly released, but are believed by media insiders to be in the range of $800-million. A major project like "ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER" is viewed largely through the lens of marketing and branding, and as such, receiving BACK quite a bit of money from distribution is a beautiful thing. HHSE has enjoyed our relationship with Redbull and looks forward to future opportunities together.

ON ANY SUNDAY is the Nation's # 1 Independent Release!
Dear HHSE Friends - as we enter into the second weekend of theatrical promotions for "ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER" - it's exciting to note that the film is both the # 1 Documentary in the Nation... AND the # 1 Highest Grossing Indie Studio Release!
http://www.boxofficemojo.com/daily/chart/
Thursday results were also strong, and we are seeing solid tracking for this weekend as well.
In only 5-days, "ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER" surpassed the Company's previous top box office title ("Turtle: The Incredible Journey")... and with Thanksgiving weekend only 13 days away, it seems likely that the film will enjoy theatrical revenues all the way into December.
As for the Home Video and Video-On-Demand releases in February, it's too early to make any predictions as to likely commercial receptivity. Generally speaking, the longer a film plays in theatres and the higher it's box office gross, the easier it is to obtain multiple-facings of DVDs and BluRays at the major chains (as opposed to single facing sku's). The traffic for streaming and Video-On-Demand is also driven by a correlation to box office results. SO - with the title performing to SOLID results at theatres, and HOLDING-OVER at the best locations - the mood is incredibly positive at Hannover House!
ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND - WE KNOW THAT HHSE WILL!

Corporate Counselors for HHSE
Dear HHSE Friends & Shareholders - We regret to inform you that one of the company's primary attorneys and advisors, Charles Kester, Esq., passed away recently from a pulmonary embolism related to a hiking injury. Charles was in his mid-'50's and in great health otherwise, so his sudden death came as quite a shock.
In updating the OTC Markets contacts of for HHSE, we deleted Charles Kester and moved James Scheltema into this primary position. Oddly, the opposite occurred when the updates were finally published (Scheltema was removed and Kester remained). This will be corrected. We note that the additional of James Hinds for transactional advice did properly get added.

SWEET! Top 70 Locations "Hold-Over" ON ANY SUNDAY!
Dear HHSE Friends & Shareholders - Key movie exhibition chains extended a tremendous vote of confidence to "ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER" by holding-over the film in the top SEVENTY (70) locations where it opened last weekend! These 70 locations comprised an impressive 73% of all gross revenues ($251,850! / $3,598 per-screen average!)... with the remaining (bottom) 161 locations that are final as of Thursday collectively contributing only $93,150 for the weekend (an unimpressive $578 per screen average for these locations).
So with weak locations pruned, the per-screen averages will increase and the prospects of a lengthy box office engagement improve. Both HHSE and Redbull would rather be in a smaller number of locations that are doing SOLID business, than to be spread out into markets with limited interest (i.e., South Florida was a bust?! Guess motorsports is not the preferred entertainment of the retirement communities!).
Mid-Week Grosses have also been strong! Monday generated another $27,819 and Tuesday added $30,899. Current box office gross is $379,702. We're hoping to add another $20,000 today and $20,000 tomorrow to lead us into a great Second Weekend Run!
Here's the locations where the film can be seen, holding through Thursday, Nov. 20 (and maybe beyond?).
