General Updates - HHSE Activities, Projects, Misc.

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - dealing with third-parties regarding projects, settlements and reports can be frustrating - and this is the situation in which we currently find ourselves.  The Library Valuation is not completed and there are still two "in-process" settlement agreements pending final closure. These items are needed for the Form 10, and many shareholders have said that the Form 10 is needed before the 2021 Shareholder's Meeting. There is so much new information that we have not yet been able to disclose which is contained within the Form 10 - that the Shareholder's Meeting has been planned to go review these items and address questions that are likely to develop from this significant, new information.

So, the great-big BLOG update that we planned for Sunday / Monday pre-market is still on-hold pending the finalization of these two issues and the schedules of the third parties that are essential to these closings.

Meanwhile - nothing else has lost any momentum.  We continue to work on pre-launch of MyFlix, we continue on the post-production of WILDFIRE (including the new, original soundtrack by Michael Martin Murphey), we continue on the pre-production of LEGEND OF BELLE STARR (including Winter scenes that support the 9-weeks of principal photography this summer), and we continue on episodic production of COWBOYS OF CANNABIS.  We have SIX episodes of COWBOYS OF CANNABIS fully shot now, including an hour episode with JIM BELUSHI and DAN AYKROYD, and an hour episode with pop-culture (and Marijuana) icon, SNOOP DOGG.

All great stuff... stay tuned... We will keep working to kick-start the completion of these third-party issues so that we can set the Shareholders Meeting and file the registration as long planned.

DAN AYKROYD and JIM BELUSHI go on a facilities tour with the COWBOYS OF CANNABIS team, before a massive outdoor concert in Stillwater, Oklahoma - all part of a free-standing episode.

SNOOP DOGG hams it up for the COWBOYS OF CANNABIS cameras, before, during and after a standing-room-only concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa last week.

JIM BELUSHI with COWBOYS OF CANNABIS producer, CHRIS LARGE, a respected Cherokee Nation producer and partner on two other projects being represented by Hannover House (HHSE).
