The sudden appearance of a "Yield" sign on the OTC Markets page for HHSE today prompted us to reach out to find the reason. Apparently, as of March 1st, the format in which our disclosures are presented have been modified for all OTC Markets filers. This is not to imply any deficiency in the filing, only that it doesn't fit the specific new formatting requirements that were listed on the OTC Markets site in February. It will take a day for HHSE to reformat and submit this same information into the new layout format... so it will likely result in the "Yield" sign for a few more days as the OTC Markets deals with the large back-log of companies that also were unaware of the formatting changes.
