NEWS NATION channel features Hannover House film "TORN" on Sunday "Morning in America" show

Greetings HHSE Friends - as promised, the launch of our acclaimed feature documentary, "TORN" is being supported by major media and publicity victories... including this morning's LIVE broadcast on "MORNING IN AMERICA" - a popular program on the NewsNation channel, App and YouTube Channel.

Several other high-visibility national placements will break this week in support of the Sept. 5 opening in NYC - and several more will break the following week in support of the Sept. 12 opening in Los Angeles.

No other "indie studio release" has achieved this level of top-shelf visibility and major media support. So, we are immensely grateful for those who recognize the importance of this film and the value it brings to the Hannover House - Hemdale (brand) within the industry. We are humbled at this support - and especially thankful to the Motion Picture Academy for selecting "TORN" as an official event title in the category of Best Original Documentary.

Reality vs Fear and Misinformation: How to INTERPRET IHUB comments and stock "boxing"

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - As we approach the tipping point of the Hannover House rocket launch, the bashers-and short-sellers are growing increasingly desperate. Most HHSE investors are already well aware of the tired (and illegal) stock manipulation games of "last minute paint-downs" of the HHSE share price (to create a FALSE impression that the stock was "down" that day, when the Volume-Weighted Average Price for the day was much greater)... and the "BOXING" of offers on the ask while also having the same market makers / traders on the bid.

Yesterday, they ramped up even harder. They posted a naked short sale offer of almost 1-million non-existent shares at a price 15% below where the stock had been trading that day... AND... another boxed offer to try to control the stock price.

When legitimate buyers started nibbling into the fake shares on the ask, they REMOVED the block in order to limit their short cover.

The basher-shorts have also ramped up the attacks against the company, in hopes of creating fear and uncertainty, and basically STEALING people's money and retirements. While the majority of the bashers are obvious clowns (e.g., "MovieScam"), they like to mix in someone every once in awhile that is more coherent in writing style, but still absurdist in logic ("Nick") - who most recently blamed HHSE management for the obvious "stock boxing" that has diminished the PPS. Well, Nick and everyone in the real world knows, HHSE managers are not allowed to "day trade" the stock and therefore could not have created the "bid-and-ask" boxing structure that has manipulated the stock price DOWN for the short-seller's benefit... at the expense of GOOD PEOPLE who have invested hard-earned money into HHSE. These guys are parasites at best, and just down-right criminals about to hear the proverbial "knock-knock" on the door.

THE GOOD NEWS is that these shenanigans only work for stocks with very low volume. We are in our final few days of low stock volume for HHSE. So these clowns, bashers / criminal stock manipulators will be CRUSHED and forced to cover... which will be just one of many elements that should push the HHSE stock by a factor of 10-X (so say the SMART traders and market makers who have been in communication with HHSE management).

"It would be VERY BAD TIMING for anyone to sell HHSE stock shares now. You can take that to the bank."

As one of these MM explained it: when the basher-shorts try to get our legitimate shareholders to SELL... that's the exact signal needed for shareholders to step up and BUY instead. Do the OPPOSITE of what the short-sellers are recommending or trying to create...

Watch and enjoy....

The Beat Goes On - Yet ANOTHER Release Promise Fulfilled by HHSE

Greetings HHSE Friends - This November, watch for DVDs and BLURAY copies of "UNHOLY SONG" at major retailers across the USA and Canada. Hannover House has not released a "physical" DVD or Blu-Ray unit since 2018 (!!) - but we were asked to proceed due to the Horror-genre' still being a solid category for DVD and Blu-Ray purchasers.

MEANWHILE - "UNHOLY SONG" just launched onto TUBI - so people will start viewing this film "for free" on this - and soon on MANY OTHER streaming services (including ROKU, VUDU, PLEX, and PEACOCK). Hannover House has a revenue split with TUBI so that we get 50% of Advertising revenues... and essentially, we are PAID for every time someone watches the film.

Update on HHSE Activities - It's Time for the BALONEY from SHORT SELLERS to END!

Happy Weekend to our HHSE longs.  This is a very exciting and HAPPY time for management at HHSE... not only are there a TON of exciting projects on the immediate and IMMINENT horizon... but we can also look forward to great amusement in the coming weeks, as we observe some Olympic-style gymnastic twists of reality.

Count on reading more IHub posts from the idiot-skeptics who TRY relentlessly to paint a false picture of Hannover House. These five short-sellers are going to have to try to 'splain-away that what everyone is seeing happen in the real world is NOT REALLY happening.

Who ya gonna believe? Your lying eyes, and the company's legally accurate disclosures... or the drunk mumblings of a fake "Movie" dude who has never actually PRODUCED a movie?  If these bashers were more articulate, it could have been called "Gaslighting." But instead, it's just rambling diarrhea spewing from their polluted souls.

All of this baloney from the IHub shorts is hilarious to those of us who have actually ACHIEVED something in our lives. The short-sellers like to pretend to be movie-experts or big business successes (who just "choose" to devote their lives EVERY DAY to attacking HHSE?!?). Yep, hanging out on I-Hub and spewing jealousy and weirdly obsessive attraction to the HHSE CEO is definitely the sort of trait one would expect from a finance mogul like Warren Buffet (!!!)

But NO - inventing lies and flinging character attacks against managers to support a SHORT SELL position in a stock does NOT qualify as "accomplishing" something in life... no more so than the pathetic life of a blood leech attached to a powerful and healthy host.

So - I hope these idiots are truly as "short" on HHSE shares as they have claimed... because they are about to get the HELL squeezed out of them.

With the introduction of a modest sum in HHSE buying pressure, these shorts can be SQUEEZED and forced to cover. Their "wash-trade" shenanigans and illegal "boxing" of the stock (with bids on buy and sell at the same time) will COLLAPSE and they will be crushed. Yes, the smarter, more talented - and WAAAY better looking HHSE longs will win the battle of the IHub board... and send the loser boys back to their holes.

By the way, "somebody" has been watching and tracking the daily trades and manipulations. Somebody who is looking out for the Longs. Govern yourself accordingly.  The anonymity of hiding behind IHUB pseudonyms is about to be shattered as the names and addresses of these stock-manipulating bashers will be publicly disclosed when the charges are made public. Go ahead boys... make up some MORE lies about HHSE and management... dig a deeper hole...

IN ANY EVENT - we're excited for the launch in two weeks for the movie TORN - a LIKELY Best Documentary nominee for this year's Academy Awards. We're also building momentum for the Sept. 26 release of "WILDFIRE" - with THOUSANDS of posters now shipped out to hundreds of theatre locations across the USA and Canada. There's a VERY BIG streaming deal that we CANNOT YET disclose.... but the streaming launch date is the driving force supporting our Sept. 26 theatrical release and window. Also releasing during Q3 / Q4 are the "TRAIL OF TEARS" Oscar-worthy short film, and the "UNHOLY SONG" DVD and Bluray releases.

IN ADDITION TO FILMS - we have THREE book releases at the printers level now. Most shareholders are already aware of our TRUMP book "AMERICAN MANIFESTO." Barr McClellan's updates (which include a review of the initial months of the new administration), make this book historic and lasting... whereas the flurry of "fluff" books that rushed to the market in February all cannibalized each other. We are also releasing SINNER SAINT: THE STORY OF FRANCIS OF ASSISI and a non-fiction political marketing book called WINNING YOUR CAMPAIGN: 2026.

On the PRODUCTION FRONT, we have locked in our two top stars for the final shoot days of INDIAN TERRITORY (November) and we are finalizing the multi-party agreements for I PIANI MIGLIORI (The Best Laid Plans) with our co-production partners in Europe.  We are moving ahead, but do not have "start dates yet" for TEMPUS PORTA, SHADOWLANDS, MODERN ANTIQUITIES and a new film from Oliver Stone.  At this time, it is looking less likely that we will resolve the creative differences impacting "UNHOLY SONG 2." The screenplay as presently drafted is not TV or Streaming-friendly, and the level of casting hired by their team does not support the commercial requirements of the credit facility. It's possible that these matters could be resolved. But for now, we are reallocating our credit line / private investor resources to the excellent thriller, "SHADOWLANDS.

The HHSE Uplist to OTC QB will happen before the WILDFIRE theatrical release... as we have timed eight significant pieces of news to occur around the uplist filing... to build awareness, visibility and trader credibility.

There are also 18 high-profile acquisitions that will be announced / disclosed in proper timing.... PLUS... some key executive appointments for both HHSE and MYFLIX... also pending the right-timing for announcement.

LOT'S IN MOTION - ALL ARE IMMEDIATE - CHOOSE YOUR TEAM WISELY!

Looks like somebody is getting ready to "bitch-slap" the IHUB scammers.

HHSE Warehouse Manager, Phoenix Walema, with another huge shipment of WILDFIRE posters - for theatre LOBBIES and LIGHTBOXES.  Over 350 Poster Tube (boxes) to theatre locations in the USA and Canada.

CONFESSIONS OF AN I-HUB BASHER-SHORT SELLER
"I was a stand-in on a movie set for one-day. I have also sued producers to try to force them to give me a fake credit. And in my bizarro-world, that makes me a 'Movie Expert' and I can throw mud at an accomplished producer-distributor like ERIC PARKINSON by hiding behind a fake IHUB name. Nobody knows - RIGHT NOW - that I have NEVER produced a movie and that I'm a totally hypocritical fake Christian. But hey, follow me for investment advice! Just don't ask me to list the films that I've produced or my entertainment distribution accomplishments and accolades!!!  Wait. There's more, give me a minute. Oh yeah, I was one of 3,200 people who entered the "Iron Man Hawaii" competition 20-years ago. There's no record of me finishing. But I paid the entry fee, and now I can use that on my self-congratulatory website to pretend that I'm an athlete. Frankly, I'm SOO JEALOUS of people that actually build stuff. Again, FOLLOW ME FOR INVESTMENT ADVICE"

Additional PR Momentum for HHSE Theatrical Release: "TORN"

GATHR Joins Recently Revived Hemdale Films to Expand Release of Acclaimed Documentary “TORN”

New York / Los Angeles / Boston — August 21, 2025 – The acclaimed documentary TORN: The Israel-Palestine Poster War on NYC Streets (https://www.torn-film.com/), directed and produced by award-winning filmmaker Nim Shapira, will open in select theaters in New York and Los Angeles on Friday, September 5, 2025.

In a major boost to the release, The Gathr Companies (GATHR®)  has joined forces with Hemdale Films, a releasing affiliate of Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE), to expand TORN nationwide, utilizing its trailblazing Direct To Audience (DTA) technology platform. GATHR, whose recent titles include the Oscar-winning No Other Land, the acclaimed labor documentary Union, and the current box office darling The Last Class, will also deploy its Theatrical On Demand® platform to power the film’s expansion across the United States. The partnership ensures TORN’s conversations reach far beyond New York and Los Angeles, into arthouses, campuses, and communities nationwide.

GATHR’s involvement follows the film’s critically acclaimed pre-release momentum, with over 70 advance screenings across the U.S. and Canada — from major cities including New York, Boston, Chicago, Toronto, and San Francisco to universities, interfaith forums, and cultural institutions.

TORN is a film about consequences – the unintended, the human, the deeply personal,” said director Nim Shapira. “My hope is that audiences will see their own reflections in the people on screen and perhaps discover a renewed capacity for empathy, even in the most divisive of conflicts.”

“This film is a microcosm of unintended consequences and required viewing for people interested in conflict resolution,” said Scott Glosserman, CEO of The Gathr Companies. “Documentaries, especially, are empathy-building machines, and TORN is one of the most urgent examples I’ve ever seen. This is a film that demands to be seen, discussed, and felt.”

Eric Parkinson, CEO of Hemdale Films — the legendary banner behind Platoon, The Last Emperor, and The Terminator — added: “Hemdale has always been defined by bold, conversation-starting cinema. TORN continues that tradition, and with GATHR’s model it can reach audiences on a scale that reflects the urgency of its message. We are honored to release 'Torn' under the newly resurrected Hemdale releasing brand, as a major division of Hannover House.”

Set in the aftermath of October 7, TORN documents how a grassroots poster campaign to raise awareness for the 251 hostages taken by Hamas spiraled into a symbolic war on New York streets. Through the voices of ten New Yorkers — including hostage family members, artists, students, activists, a free speech expert, and a rabbi — the film reveals how a distant conflict ruptured civic life at home.

HHSE Pursuing THREE Oscar Categories for 2025

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - Momentum is building for every aspect of HHSE's growth - including our current activities for eligibility and consideration in the 2025 Academy Awards (given out in March 2026). We are pursuing THREE awards categories for which we feel the company's releases have a legitimate opportunity:

BEST DOCUMENTARY - "TORN" - has garnered top acclaim and reviews already. There is an official Academy Screening TOMORROW (Aug. 20) in New York City - and the film's qualifying engagement starts Sept. 5 in NYC and Sept. 12 in L.A. We are told that the film is on the "short list" for most documentary committee members; accordingly, we feel that there is a reasonable chance of an Oscar nomination as BEST DOCUMENTARY.

BEST ORIGINAL SONG - "ADAYGAYUDI" from the movie "WILDFIRE." Two years ago, a Native song was NOMINATED (from "Killers of the Flower Moon") but did not win. This original song by Cherokee Flutist GABY NAGEL is both native in tone and commercially accessible in execution. Accordingly, we feel that the song may be of interest to voters in the category of Best Original Song. The qualifying theatrical run starts Sept. 26.

BEST SHORT FILM (LIVE ACTION) - This is an unusual category because it is VERY DIFFICULT for an entry to qualify. You see, films in this category must have either a specific festival win (from a handful of selected festivals).... OR... must have a qualifying theatrical release of seven consecutive days and four-showtimes per day. Obviously, this is difficult to get for a "short film" because theatres and audiences prefer their movies to be 90 minutes to two-hours in length.

However, we have circumvented this obstacle by making "TRAIL OF TEARS: THE HYMN" a "bonus feature" with the WILDFIRE theatrical release (added to our program master for theatres in Los Angeles and New York only). The film has terrific production values and is socially and historically meritorious:  qualities that the Academy members prefer.

SO, we think this is a good candidate for a nomination in the BEST SHORT FILM (LIVE ACTION) Oscars category. "TRAIL OF TEARS: THE HYMN" is also the lead title on the five-film anthology of Native movies by Cherokee director Chris Coursey - to be released worldwide by Hannover House as "NATIVE FABLES."

Cherokee Film Director Pursues 2025 Oscars for “Trail of Tears” Short Film

(Tahlequah, OK)   Cherokee Nation filmmaker, Chris Coursey has embarked on an ambitious production that he feels could be of interest to the Motion Picture Academy in 2025.  Trail of Tears: The Hymn” is a 20-minute, dramatic film based on the true story of a Cherokee hymnal that was lost for over 160 years. The actual manuscript is now on display at the Cherokee National Research Center, and was the inspiration for Coursey to tell the story of this incredible journey.

“The forced marches on the ‘Trail of Tears’ is a dark chapter in American history,” said Coursey. “Thousands died on the 1,100 mile march from North Carolina to the Indian Territory, and those that made it have few items from their past. This film tells the story of David Brown, who transcribed a song his grandmother frequently shared with him. The book containing the lyrics in Cherokee was lost along the Trail of Tears. Our film tells his story, including the discovery of the book and the hymn’s adaptation into a choral song for our Cherokee choir.”

The lyrics were adapted by Marlene Glass Ballard (a first-Cherokee native speaker) and the Cherokee choir was directed by Oklahoma music legend (and Cherokee Nation member) Monica Taylor.  Principal Native performers appearing in the film include Gaby Nagel, Codey Poindexter, Marlene Glass Ballard, Michael Sloan, Marcus Thompson, Lucas Wildcat, Cliff Wofford, Michael Rowe, Brandon Eagle and Bonnee Terrio Wolf Collar. Principal non-native performers include Rico Simonini, Sean Gestl, Eric Parkinson, Mike Graham, Garrett Mussett and Faron Ledbetter.

Most of the principal photography occurred in late April at the Prairie Grove National Battlefield Park in Arkansas, with filming occurring along the actual Trail of Tears. Other locations included a home in Tahlequah, Trail of Tears scenes at the Illinois River and a finale’ at the Celebration Grounds for the United Keetowah Band of Cherokee Indians.

TRAIL OF TEARS: THE HYMN” will be released as the lead title to the Chris Coursey feature anthology, “NATIVE FABLES,” which also features four additional Native-themed short films by Chris Coursey. The Trail of Tears segment will be exhibited theatrically with Laemmle Theatres in Los Angeles, commencing Sept. 26, as a qualifying theatrical run for the Best Short Film (Live Action) category of the Oscars.

“We are very pleased with how the movie turned out, and hope that our marketing efforts will let it be seen by a large audience,” said Coursey. “Although it’s very difficult to get an Academy Award nomination, we are doing everything within our powers to meet the eligibility rules and to help spread the word. The history of our native peoples should not be brushed aside for political expediency. We are telling a story of hope that emerged from tragedy.  We owe it to those who lost their lives on the Trail of Tears to not let their stories be forgotten,” he concluded.

TRAIL OF TEARS: THE HYMN” and “NATIVE FABLES” will be released by Hemdale Film Corporation, an affiliate releasing label of independent film distributor Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE).

Principal producers of the film are CHRISTIAN LARGE (Cherokee Nation), ERIC PARKINSON, RICO SIMONINI and MIKE GRAHAM. Other key production personnel include Cinematographers DAVID HUFF and JOSHUA IRWIN, Art Director MARCUS THOMPSON, Sound Recordists JON McCALLUM and JACOB WALEMA, Wardrobe Designers JERILYN WEBER, JESSE PHIPPS and GARRETT MUSSETT and Hair / Make-Up by HARLEY RASKEY.  A large number of horses and other animals (including goats and a donkey) were provided by wrangler Cody Crank, an experienced motion picture animal handler and member of the Choctaw Nation.  The forced marching  scenes included over forty Native performers as villagers and twelve uniformed Army officers and soldiers. Scenes were shot along the actual Trail of Tears, including the overnight camping locations.

Exciting Support with USA TODAY and GANNETT Newspapers for "WILDFIRE" Release

Greetings HHSE Friends - Sometimes TIMING is everything.

It was 50 years ago this summer that Michael Martin Murphey's iconic song WLDFIRE hit #1 in the USA and many major countries worldwide. Accordingly, this benchmark achievement has turned into a fortuitous springboard for a feature publicity angle in support of our movie, "WILDFIRE: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse."

Although our L.A.-Based Entertainment PR firm has already arranged many feature stories, TV appearances and radio interviews in support of "WILDFIRE" - the launch on Friday, Sept. 26 from USA TODAY and their GANNETT Newspaper holdings is extremely exciting and high profile.

The feature in USA today will also be fed to the Gannett owned local newspapers for re-publication that opening weekend... which includes DETROIT FREE PRESS,  DAILY OKLAHOMAN,  NASHVILLE TENNESSEAN,  MEMPHIS COMMERCIAL APPEAL,  ARIZONA REPUBLIC,  CINCINNATI ENQUIRER and many more!  In fact, Gannett owns over 200 Daily Newspapers, 1,000 "Weekly" edition newspapers and 130 high-traffic websites. Much more to come...

Synopsis:

Inspired by the # 1 worldwide hit song by Michael Martin Murphey - and the legend of the Cherokee ghost horse - WILDFIRE tells a story of redemption and forgiveness as a young girl deals with her guilt following the tragic death of her parents.

With the family facing financial ruin, the survivors move from Texas to Oklahoma to live with Grandma Bette on her horse farm.  Emotionally lost and distraught, young Samantha (CHEVEL SHEPHERD) finds peace from the attention she receives from a mysterious wild horse that seems to be following her as she walks home from school each day.  Eventually, Samantha is able to contact and ride the horse - and with training help from a champion rodeo cowgirl (ANNE HECHE) - she enters competitive rodeo barrel racing and begins to accept her new situation.

But her guilt remains, as Samantha hides the dark secret that she feels responsible for her parent’s death. She cannot forgive herself.  With the help of a local Cherokee spiritual leader (MO BRINGS PLENTY) and the wisdom of the town’s local pastor, (MICHAEL MARTIN MURPHEY) Samantha comes to realize a greater truth and a solace to her worries. Was the horse real? Or was it a spiritual messenger to help guide Samantha?  Wildfire: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse combines a tale of native spirituality with Christian doctrine and values to create an enchanting film for all audiences.

Announcing: HEMDALE releasing brand, as wholly-owned subsidiary of Hannover House

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - an entertainment trade article earlier this week described our long-awaited plans to re-launch the coveted HEMDALE releasing brand (for specific types of movies under Hannover House).  The name rights had been held for 30-years by Eric Parkinson (HHSE CEO), but held from product branding until the upcoming release of "TORN: The Israeli-Palestine Poster War on NYC Streets" - Opening in theatres on Sept. 5, 2025.

Hemdale Film Corp. was reincorporated in Arkansas on Nov. 6, 2022. The same individuals who are either officers, directors or advisors to Hannover House, Inc. were all the initially listed officers of the corporation. All of the initial shares (1,000) were issued to Hannover House, Inc.

The purpose of the Hemdale releasing brand is to provide a means for an "OSCAR-CALIBER" releasing name for meritorious films.  Some prior discussions were held regarding the Hemdale brand, but not until the current "TORN" and the upcoming "TEMPUS PORTA" did Hannover House have products that truly merited branding under this esteemed moniker.  There are, in fact, a few other properties that are LIKELY to be branded under HEMDALE - including a proposed Oliver Stone project (in-the-works) and an epic historic piece, based on the book: "SINNER SAINT: The Story of Francis of Asissi" by author Eyre Price (with two "A" level stars attached).  With  these last two projects mentioned, the financing and distribution offers from Hannover House (Hemdale) are limited to North American distribution - and the producers of those films have the obligation to raise the additional production funding needed.

In other HHSE NEWS:

We have secured a major retail book promotion for our TRUMP campaign book by best-selling author Barr McClellan - which will have copies of this item on the shelves in stores nationwide in OCTOBER and throughout the holiday selling / 4th quarter season. We definitely "dodged-a-bullet" by avoiding a rush of Trump-themed books in January, February and March of this year. Not only did those other titles cannibalize each other so that none were successful - but none of them contained historically relevant information that would provide longevity to the book. We are happy that Barr McClellan chose to rewrite key chapters and to include additional and important new insights that came-to-light in the first few months of this year - to make "AMERICAN MANIFESTO" into a truly, important book and resource for political history and strategy. The nation's top three book chains each strongly-advised HHSE to NOT rush-release the "e-Book" edition too far ahead of the October retail placement for the print edition. It is believed that this would diminish retail sales of the higher-margin print copies.

We have also given the go-ahead for a SECOND year of full audits, to supplement our work on the 12-31-2024 year-end. This step is being done to preserve the option of filing a registration on (or about) the time that we also file the OTC Markets up-list. However, this action to engage the auditors to also complete a 12-31-2023 report does NOT impact or slow-down our OTC up-list project.

The Board has approved two significant financing ventures - but until these are funded, we have elected to not disclose the parties and details. One of the ventures is a "Prints & Ads" marketing fund, and the other is a line-of-credit which is for operations, productions, and other new projects (including MyFlix).

The long struggle is ending. You are all about to witness an impressive rise in stature, activity, revenues and credibility for Hannover House!

Nice Entertainment Industry Article in DEADLINE HOLLYWOOD

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - One of the leading Trade publications in the Entertainment Industry is DEADLINE HOLLYWOOD.  Senior Editor MIKE FLEMING, JR. heard a rumor that the acclaimed HEMDALE releasing brand was being resurrected under HANNOVER HOUSE. So, we had to fess-up and release this piece of news.

As you can see below, Hannover is releasing the powerful documentary "TORN" to theatres on Sept. 5 - and it will feature the HEMDALE releasing logo.

Another piece of news that we had NOT previously announced is that we are working on an OLIVER STONE project called "A CHILD'S NIGHT DREAM" - based on Oliver's book, and dealing with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York City and the aftermath of national existential angst. It's a jaw-dropping and powerful screenplay, to be headed by two Oscar-winning actors (MEL GIBSON and MIRA SORVINO). Anyway, we have a LOT of really exciting activities in motion at Hannover House - and have been holding our cards close until the proper timing for such news manifests.

Meanwhile - our phones have been ringing off-the-hook in the past day since this article ran, with new funding opportunities being presented, major films, and an abundance of well-wishes. This is just the beginning of the new "normal" for HANNOVER HOUSE - and should ultimately spark interest among smart money managers to take-a-look at the HHSE stock, which is a BARGAIN price at this time!
