Synopsis:

Inspired by the # 1 worldwide hit song by Michael Martin Murphey - and the legend of the Cherokee ghost horse - WILDFIRE tells a story of redemption and forgiveness as a young girl deals with her guilt following the tragic death of her parents.

With the family facing financial ruin, the survivors move from Texas to Oklahoma to live with Grandma Bette on her horse farm.  Emotionally lost and distraught, young Samantha (CHEVEL SHEPHERD) finds peace from the attention she receives from a mysterious wild horse that seems to be following her as she walks home from school each day.  Eventually, Samantha is able to contact and ride the horse - and with training help from a champion rodeo cowgirl (ANNE HECHE) - she enters competitive rodeo barrel racing and begins to accept her new situation.

But her guilt remains, as Samantha hides the dark secret that she feels responsible for her parent’s death. She cannot forgive herself.  With the help of a local Cherokee spiritual leader (MO BRINGS PLENTY) and the wisdom of the town’s local pastor, (MICHAEL MARTIN MURPHEY) Samantha comes to realize a greater truth and a solace to her worries. Was the horse real? Or was it a spiritual messenger to help guide Samantha?  Wildfire: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse combines a tale of native spirituality with Christian doctrine and values to create an enchanting film for all audiences.

Announcing: HEMDALE releasing brand, as wholly-owned subsidiary of Hannover House

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - an entertainment trade article earlier this week described our long-awaited plans to re-launch the coveted HEMDALE releasing brand (for specific types of movies under Hannover House).  The name rights had been held for 30-years by Eric Parkinson (HHSE CEO), but held from product branding until the upcoming release of "TORN: The Israeli-Palestine Poster War on NYC Streets" - Opening in theatres on Sept. 5, 2025.

Hemdale Film Corp. was reincorporated in Arkansas on Nov. 6, 2022. The same individuals who are either officers, directors or advisors to Hannover House, Inc. were all the initially listed officers of the corporation. All of the initial shares (1,000) were issued to Hannover House, Inc.

The purpose of the Hemdale releasing brand is to provide a means for an "OSCAR-CALIBER" releasing name for meritorious films.  Some prior discussions were held regarding the Hemdale brand, but not until the current "TORN" and the upcoming "TEMPUS PORTA" did Hannover House have products that truly merited branding under this esteemed moniker.  There are, in fact, a few other properties that are LIKELY to be branded under HEMDALE - including a proposed Oliver Stone project (in-the-works) and an epic historic piece, based on the book: "SINNER SAINT: The Story of Francis of Asissi" by author Eyre Price (with two "A" level stars attached).  With  these last two projects mentioned, the financing and distribution offers from Hannover House (Hemdale) are limited to North American distribution - and the producers of those films have the obligation to raise the additional production funding needed.

In other HHSE NEWS:

We have secured a major retail book promotion for our TRUMP campaign book by best-selling author Barr McClellan - which will have copies of this item on the shelves in stores nationwide in OCTOBER and throughout the holiday selling / 4th quarter season. We definitely "dodged-a-bullet" by avoiding a rush of Trump-themed books in January, February and March of this year. Not only did those other titles cannibalize each other so that none were successful - but none of them contained historically relevant information that would provide longevity to the book. We are happy that Barr McClellan chose to rewrite key chapters and to include additional and important new insights that came-to-light in the first few months of this year - to make "AMERICAN MANIFESTO" into a truly, important book and resource for political history and strategy. The nation's top three book chains each strongly-advised HHSE to NOT rush-release the "e-Book" edition too far ahead of the October retail placement for the print edition. It is believed that this would diminish retail sales of the higher-margin print copies.

We have also given the go-ahead for a SECOND year of full audits, to supplement our work on the 12-31-2024 year-end. This step is being done to preserve the option of filing a registration on (or about) the time that we also file the OTC Markets up-list. However, this action to engage the auditors to also complete a 12-31-2023 report does NOT impact or slow-down our OTC up-list project.

The Board has approved two significant financing ventures - but until these are funded, we have elected to not disclose the parties and details. One of the ventures is a "Prints & Ads" marketing fund, and the other is a line-of-credit which is for operations, productions, and other new projects (including MyFlix).

The long struggle is ending. You are all about to witness an impressive rise in stature, activity, revenues and credibility for Hannover House!

Nice Entertainment Industry Article in DEADLINE HOLLYWOOD

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - One of the leading Trade publications in the Entertainment Industry is DEADLINE HOLLYWOOD.  Senior Editor MIKE FLEMING, JR. heard a rumor that the acclaimed HEMDALE releasing brand was being resurrected under HANNOVER HOUSE. So, we had to fess-up and release this piece of news.

As you can see below, Hannover is releasing the powerful documentary "TORN" to theatres on Sept. 5 - and it will feature the HEMDALE releasing logo.

Another piece of news that we had NOT previously announced is that we are working on an OLIVER STONE project called "A CHILD'S NIGHT DREAM" - based on Oliver's book, and dealing with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York City and the aftermath of national existential angst. It's a jaw-dropping and powerful screenplay, to be headed by two Oscar-winning actors (MEL GIBSON and MIRA SORVINO). Anyway, we have a LOT of really exciting activities in motion at Hannover House - and have been holding our cards close until the proper timing for such news manifests.

Meanwhile - our phones have been ringing off-the-hook in the past day since this article ran, with new funding opportunities being presented, major films, and an abundance of well-wishes. This is just the beginning of the new "normal" for HANNOVER HOUSE - and should ultimately spark interest among smart money managers to take-a-look at the HHSE stock, which is a BARGAIN price at this time!

Still in motion: Uplist, New Credit Facility, Book release (s) and New Productions

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - The worst part of the C.E.O. job at HHSE is the attempt to balance the release of information with the necessity that often dictates that some information must be held until after catalyst events... as well as the reality that all of the HUGE activities that we are achieving each has multiple third-party participants who do not always act as quickly to complete the tasks (as we shareholders might prefer).

As a result, I often find myself in an embarrassing situation of having relayed news that - due to third parties - does not set into concrete as quickly as might have been possible.

So - without stepping into that bear trap once again, let me share the news of principal items and issues of interest to shareholders. The information in the following items does not over-step the NDAs covering joint formal announcements... OR... does not set target dates that HHSE (alone) cannot control.

1).  UPLIST to OTC QB - It is possible that this could occur any day now.

2).  RELEASE OF TRUMP BOOK - with a third round of editorial changes completed, we have issued the print purchase order with the supplier and set dates for both the E-Book and the Print editions. We will Publicly Release the DATES as soon as Barnes & Noble and Amazon confirm acceptance of the dates.

3).  MAJOR NEW FINANCING - without breaking proprietary information and NDA's - we can say that the board has approved the offer for a $3.5-million credit line from a major bank - as well as support from a credit-enhancement insurance bond. This venture will provide overhead for HHSE, funding for new productions, new acquisitions, book activities and MyFlix launch. Yes, all of the big things we have struggled to do - but forced to delay for lack of capital - will now be available to HHSE. So, it has been an extremely important and all-consuming process to make this happen. Part of our enhanced activities will include the engagement of two outside publicity firms - one to concentrate on the company's core activities and releases, and another to help inform investors and stock traders of the extreme value and tremendous upside that HHSE stock offers to smart investors at this time.

4).  NEW ACTIVITIES - with a major "legal hurdle" resolved with a streaming partner, we are FINALLY able to release WILDFIRE to movie theatres without jeopardizing the streaming launch. We have set Sept. 26 as our theatrical launch and have offers for over 300 locations (including 33 of the top 40 largest DMA Markets). We also are scheduling some original feature production activities over the next three months, each of which merits their own, individual news releases. On the theatrical release front, we have an Academy Award caliber documentary release that will "break in the entertainment industry news" on MONDAY, JULY 14, as well as the TRAIL OF TEARS release for Academy Awards consideration in the category of Best Live Action short film. We are also promoting the Cherokee Language song, ADAYGAYUDI from the WILDFIRE movie for the category of Best Original Song for this year's Oscars.  FYI - the article that was originally planned for MONDAY as a new release announcement has since been EXPANDED into more of a corporate feature story... so that's a very good development.

5).  NEW FACILITIES - Part of our new financing will pay for the acquisition of three acres of land and the construction of a 60 X 100 foot building (with a 20-foot sidewalls). This will show up as a real estate asset on the company's balance sheet, and will build great value as the painful, monthly obligation for "rent" will be converted into a growing equity of value for the company and our shareholders.  FYI, since 2002, Hannover House has paid over $800,000 in "rent" to third party landlords. It's time for that money suck to end, and to be converted into a happy day for building shareholder equity.

On behalf of our board of directors, we all wish that we could disclose more SPECIFICS or select target DATES that do not require third party compliance. But as each issue occurs, we will be able to (finally) beat those drums and make some noise for HHSE. Hold tight, we're about to cross the finish line from this long and difficult race.

BEST REGARDS - ERIC PARKINSON, C.E.O.

HHSE - Week of June 16-20 / June 23-27

Greetings HHSE Friends - These next two weeks are becoming an exciting metamorphosis for major activities at HHSE.  Uplist filings, major new financing, locomotive projects and even the long-awaited relaunch of our book publishing activities.

Still, we are uncertain if the BARR McCLELLAN Trump Campaign book ("American Manifesto") will go LIVE today on Amazon.com (or not). This was our requested pub-date, once the files were properly formatted and uploaded.

But the Trump book is just one of seven major pieces all lined up nicely to transform the revenues, stature and credibility of HHSE... SO STAY TUNED!  UPDATE: (July 21) - The Seven "corporate" actions referred to in this June 17 blog EXCLUDE twenty new titles (productions, acquisitions and servicing deals) that the company has put together in the past month.

Last week of May (2025) Updates for HHSE Followers

Greetings HHSE Followers -

1).  L.A. MEETINGS - Last week was insanely productive with four "material level" meetings in Los Angeles (all of which have progressed to the contracts-or-documentations stages now). So, that's very exciting news brewing that we hope to disclose in greater detail in the coming days or weeks. Without over-stepping, the meetings involved:

a).  WILDFIRE distribution (including monetization of cash flows);

b).  $1.5-MM CREDIT LINE - a new financing means for cash flow for HHSE - which will fund new projects, payables, and stock promotions (including actions to dramatically propel the stock visibility).

c).  NEW FEATURE VENTURES - Two "AAA" Level movies that HHSE will be attached to now (in a producer / presenter capacity and for cash fees).

2).  TRUMP "AMERICAN MANIFESTO" BOOK - sometimes, the universe is looking out for us, and that has proven to be the case with this Barr McClellan book project.  HHSE uploaded the third draft of the manuscript to Amazon Kindle almost two-months ago, and got a technical formatting rejection. The book was reconfigured to their recommended software, and uploaded again... with a response for e-book publication on June 17.  At Barr's request, we just withdrew that filing so that a third upload can occur next week (and asking Amazon to still maintain the release date of June 17), but with the updated information on Elon Musk and the Tariff strategy (and court responses).

It is our belief that having a book that is so much MORE than one of the many "fan" books previously published, is what will give AMERICAN MANIFESTO a long-shelf life and higher sales than the personality books on President Trump. McClellan goes behind-the-curtains to reveal brilliantly planned campaign strategies that exploited weaknesses in the Democratic platform and talking points, to deliver a historic victorious result. Our book also addresses the first 100-days of the administration, including the DOGE-Elon Musk activities and the Tariffs strategies... which is why Barr is relieved that we now have the opportunity to tweak those references to match current conditions. Stay tuned... this is going to be an exciting revenue item for HHSE.

3).  AUDIT & UPLIST - we are expecting the return of some key materials by tomorrow. But these items will require a few days of review, consolidation and formatting before we will be able to file with the OTC Markets. So, the UPLIST will not be filed tomorrow (last business day of May). Hold tight on this major project too... we're going to make some real noise with this action.

Quick Updates on Key Projects for HHSE Shareholders

Here's a quick summary and update of key activities, as requested by HHSE shareholders:

1).  AUDIT PROGRESS - additional work is still occurring to provide proper supporting back-up of some key (historic) expenses (not from 2024, but still on the balance sheet and therefore, required for verification). That's been quite all consuming due to the logistics of locating old records form deep storage... and the requirement as of this week that "digital scans" of these are required in lieu of heavy file boxes full of paperwork. But despite the burden of this task.. the excitement in seeing the finish line just days away has given us the added boost of enthusiasm for our success.

2).  TRUMP BOOK - We have approved the final drafting of the Barr McClellan manuscript and have the line-editor finishing the formatting and typesetting for the printer and the e-book editions. We have been promised a ready-to-stream E-Book file by the middle of next week... and we have informed Amazon and BN.com of this pending date for the E-Book edition. We will send the formatted text to our printers next week to get them back on track for the hard-cover print edition.  UPDATE: April 28 - Our initial E-Book Files were submitted to Amazon, but were kicked back for some required formatting changes. These will be completed by Wednesday, and the E-Book should go on sale on the following TUESDAY. On a positive note, we are relieved that author BARR McCLELLAN took the essential steps to modify his first draft of the book. As many HHSE shareholders might know, there was a rapid FLOOD of "Pro-Trump FLUFF" books that were released on or around the Inauguration. None of these books proved to be successful sellers - in large part to cannibalizing sales from each other, but more crucially, due to lacking historically relevant and lasting content. It was for this reason that Barr McClellan's book was modified to include insider's information about the campaign - and how Team Trump pulled off a victory that "conventional wisdom" suggested would not occur. Accordingly, our HHSE book is a valuable resource for political analysts - and even as opposition research from Democrats - in lieu of "just" being a Pro-Trump congratulatory piece. It is for these essential content reasons that we feel our timing has proven to be a wise move for the longevity of the book.

3).  WILDFIRE - Hannover's attorney has been working for nearly a month with a major studio suitor to finalize the North American rights license. Meanwhile, we have engaged FREE DOLPHIN ENTERTAINMENT out of Paris, to represent the film in all territories and media outside of North America... and they are off to a HUGE launch with six-figure sales already closing. Accordingly, with our HHSE  international sales in their capable hands, this will be the first year in 31 consecutive "Cannes Film Festivals" in which Eric Parkinson will NOT be attending.  This is a major relief as it frees time to assure a proper up-list process, the Trump book release, and the upcoming DVD / Blu-Ray and Streaming release for UNHOLY SONG.

4).    NATIVE FABLES - some final work is also occurring to finish this Native American themed feature anthology - for which Hannover House controls the Worldwide distribution rights. A major promotional campaign involving over 30 of the largest Native Tribes in North America will drive viewers to TUBI to watch this collection... and this should generate a significant revenue result for the project.

5).  HHSE CEO - AS FEATURED EXPERT IN CINE-CIRCLE SEMINAR - London-based CINE CIRCLE - a consortium of independent producers from around the world - engaged Hannover House CEO Eric Parkinson as one of three expert lecturers on film distribution in a changing marketplace. This live-streamed event was watched by over 2,200 registrants... and has since been added to YOUTUBE with 1,500 views already achieved. One of the interesting measures-of-success is that Hannover House has already received 28 new project solicitations in the past three days from viewers of the seminar, ranging from completed movies, to fully funded productions needing a distribution partner... and all the way down to beginning packages (just a script or a few elements). Accordingly, we expect to move forward with involvements on several of the completed films...  and some of the fully funded productions in progress. More to follow.

https://www.youtube.com/live/sXPPLvZD4ko

6).  UNHOLY SONG - Some theatrical release activity continues for this indie-thriller, including a special event screening LAST NIGHT (Wed., April 16) at the LAEMMLE NOHO 7 in North Hollywood - for the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films. YouTube Media Personality MATT RYAN interviewed some of the key CAST and CREW members for use in the upcoming "bonus" feature that will appear on the DVD and BluRay editions of UNHOLY SONG this coming September... in time for Halloween parties and activities!  The film will play at theatres in NY and LA among other schedule theatrical dates over the next few weeks. Lastly, UNHOLY SONG has also been licensed for all territories and media outside of North America by FREE DOLPHIN ENTERTAINMENT.

Important HHSE Updates for our current and prospective Shareholders

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers:  There's a lot of activity in motion, so we will try to be brief in order to cover the most pressing of topics.

1).  OTC-MARKETS UP-LIST STATUS - As mentioned in prior blogs, we have been advised to convert our financial reporting to a "cash" basis as opposed to accrual accounting. This has been done for the most part, but with some revenue exceptions for contractual receivables. Accordingly, futures-payments on contracts (whether in the form of a pre-sale payment guarantee, or an international sale license, or even for "mastering" and on-boarding fees for MYFLIX titles), will NOT be reported in our audited filings as REVENUES, but will be foot-noted as a contract receivable.

Under G.A.A.P. rules, most businesses do not record a sale as a receivable or revenue until AFTER delivery or shipment of merchandise (or the completion of a services contract for which payment is therefore undeniably due). With respect to MYFLIX mastering receivables, these only become collectible AFTER the launch of the MyFlix site... and international sales only become enforceable after a film  is fully ready for delivery (or has been delivered, and is awaiting payment). It would be misleading to NOT include contract sales in financial footnotes, otherwise, an investor, lender or shareholder would not have an accurate view of the company's activities and financial future. However, for simplicity in having the company's 1120-S Corporate Returns conform to the cash balance sheet reporting for OTC Markets and Edgar, we are hereafter reporting on a CASH basis. The 12-31-2024 filings (posting  tomorrow) will include both the accrual accounting year-end, and a separate balance sheet showing how these results will look under a fully Cash-Basis accounting. SUNDAY NIGHT UPDATE: HHSE was just advised that the 12-31-2024 report being filed tomorrow with the OTC Markets should ONLY show the existing format of financial reporting that HHSE has been following for years (e.g., a mix of cash reporting and accrual for contracted sales). To also include a "cash only basis" balance sheet and financials may be confusing to shareholders and may violate the OTC rules, possibly resulting in the year-end report being declared deficient. Rather than risk that outcome, we will refrain from posting the cash-only basis financials until we file the OTC Markets Up-list (and audit letter) in April.

Timing wise, we will release the OTC Markets up-list application as soon as we receive the final blessing from auditors that our cash-basis adjustments (and all necessary back up) have been properly itemized and confirmed. There are some remaining costs for the completion of this process, and multiple means are being pursued.

2).  TRUMP BOOK - At the request of Barr McClellan, Hannover House delayed and rescheduled the release of his book (AMERICAN MANIFESTO) in order to enable Barr to include new information about the inauguration and the first 100-days of the second Trump Presidency. Hannover House has received delivery of the modified and updated manuscript and will be releasing the E-BOOK version in April and the hard-cover edition in June. The launch of the E-BOOK also triggers some very high profile television news appearances for both Barr McClellan and HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson - which should have a dramatic impact on sales of both formats.

3).  WILDFIRE - Full delivery has been completed for master elements and documents regarding a major studio partnership for the release of this film... stand by for this significant news... which is positively impactful not only due to the prestige of a studio partner on HHSE's first major production... but also due to the significant upfront licensing fee.

4).  UNHOLY SONG - The film continues to please audiences as its limited theatrical release rolls out... including two sold-out shows in Stockton, CA this weekend, and upcoming theatrical runs for LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK. The film will hit streaming services in June and DVD and Blu-Ray formats in August. Due to the size differential of a video package as compared to a full one-sheet theatrical poster, the DVD and Blu-Ray packaging will feature the "Witch in Flames" concept... as opposed to the smoking tape recorder that is seen on the film's theatrical poster.  We are very excited to have contracted with FANGORIA for a major promotion in support of the STREAMING launch of UNHOLY SONG in June. The Fangoria support includes a feature story, a "website take over" (e.g., top banner and side ads), a color ad in the print edition of the magazine (at newsstands and Barnes & Noble Stores) and two outbound email blasts to subscribers and opt-in mailing list members. Collectively, the Fangoria support promises to deliver 3-million consumer impressions... most of which will have a HOT-LINK to the TUBI page for the film (HHSE gets paid EVERY TIME someone watches a film on TUBI).

One of the most successful elements of the UNHOLY SONG Marketing Campaign has been the production and distribution of the "COMIC BOOKS." Thousands of copies of these have been placed in theatre lobbies for up to four weeks prior to the film's opening at that location... and the cliff-hanger ending has fueled audience interest to see how it ends. From the data of results vs. locations without the comic books, the costs to design, print and distribute the comic books delivers a lower "per impression" cost - and more effective conversion rate - than any other major (and directly measurable) form of media outreach. This is superior and creative marketing on a shoe-string budget!

L.A. Major Studio meetings for projects - including WILDFIRE Distribution

Greetings HHSE Friends - We tried to keep this confidential, but HHSE C.E.O. Eric Parkinson was spotted at several high-end meetings in L.A. this past week... and it's best to address his visit to L.A. rather than feed a misinformed rumor mill.

HHSE was invited to travel to L.A. for meetings with two major studios, but both under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) so we can only elaborate to a limited degree.

One of the ventures involves an "exclusive" streaming license to a major studio for the WILDFIRE movie. The other venture is a covering a worldwide distribution venture for a major feature film production for HHSE that has not yet been disclosed.

We have seen the benefits of NOT disclosing major ventures until they are completed - as issues on complex business matters sometimes affect dates and details. Rather than update as details change, we have found that it's best to hold the news after-the-fact and catch the trading market by surprise.

In an unrelated matter, Parkinson was given a V.I.P. advance tour of the new $50+ million Post Production Studio and 8K LED Screening Room built for Jeff Bezos / Amazon-MGM. This stunning facility features the world's only 8k LED Theatre screen - with an unsurpassed contrast ratio - and a next-gen Dolby ATMOS sound system. The plan is to make going to the movies something that cannot be replicated in a home viewing environment... and this new visual and sound experience certainly fulfills that mission!

Stay Tuned for VERY EXCITING news for HHSE from the results of these L.A. meetings!

An overview of How the SMART distributors are MAKING MONEY in the Film Distribution Business

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - I was surprised to get some emails on Saturday from some HHSE shareholders that were lamenting that the 20-theatre opening weekend launch for UNHOLY SONG "only grossed $7,000" on the opening day.

Well, let me clarify several key issues that may have NOT been clearly communicated in our prior blogs.

1).  BOX OFFICE RESULTS ARE IRRELEVANT TO OUR MARKETING GOAL - Our mission has been to enhance the visibility and awareness of the property... so if it sells some tickets, GREAT, but that was not the goal of a limited theatrical release. The point was to ENHANCE THE PROFILE of the movie so that it will be eligible for PRIORITY PLACEMENT onto TUBI, ROKU and AMAZON - all of which have a "theatrical release" preference for creating priority placements. THE MONEY IN THIS INDUSTRY IS BEING MADE VIA STREAMING SERVICES - not via Theatrical (unless you have a mega budget hit). When was the last time you went to a movie theatre... versus... the last time you STREAMED something to your home?

2).  WHILE $7,000 grosses on a FRIDAY might sound small... it indicates that the film will likely hit $20,000 this weekend WHICH IS WHAT WE SPENT IN THEATRICAL MARKETING. So in only three days, we GROSS back the total P&A expenditure... PLUS we have now enhanced the credibility of the movie for PRIORITY V.O.D. support.  NOT THAT IT MATTERS... but our "Per Screen" average on Friday of $355 makes the movie the NUMBER SEVEN best seller of tickets per location out of ALL Movies!!  We will PROBABLY end up with about $1,000 "per screen" average... and likely in the TOP TEN on this per-screen basis.

3).  BECAUSE OF THE THEATRICAL RELEASE - this title is now eligible for DVD and Blu-Ray sales at WALMART, TARGET and BEST BUY.  These major retailers have found that INDIE films in key genre's WILL SELL WELL in pre-recorded, packaged goods formats... and we have now MET that condition (FYI, the genre's are HORROR, FAMILY, and CHRISTIAN appeal movies).

4).  WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO LAUNCH ON 300+ Screens - but decided that this would not be as ASSURED of a good return-on-investment. You see, 300 screens would cost the company about $250,000 in total costs... but would NOT generate a 10-X greater return from streaming than our initial launch with 20 screens (and a few more locations for UNHOLY SONG during March).

TWENTY theatres and $20k in launch costs is the SWEET SPOT to maximize R.O.I.  Frankly, there's a mathematical argument AGAINST opening any film on 300 screens... because this level or release adds huge costs but is not a wide-enough release to cross the critical mass into a top ten that consumers will "want to see" sort of movie release.

Those in-the-know regarding streaming recognize that HOME PAGE or PRIORITY placement with TUBI, ROKU and AMAZON streaming services will make the difference between a title generating $50,000 in V.O.D.... and those titles that go on to generate more than $500,000 from streaming.

The theatrical launch of UNHOLY SONG was designed to make the film eligible for PRIORITY SUPPORT FOR V.O.D. and for Physical Goods (DVD and BluRay).  The money invested by HHSE has been well-thought out, frugally spent, and delivers an assured R.O.I.

Why are we doing this limited theatrical release RIGHT NOW? Because we also have the OTC QB UPLIST, the Studio Partner deal with WILDFIRE, the $22-mm funding for TEMPUS PORTA and several other "yet to be announced" projects that combine to elevate HHSE to the next level.

UNHOLY SONG having a handful of theatres is a smart step to enhance the film's profile and become a part of a well-planned strategy to make HHSE into a respected indie studio (and towards our goal of a $.25/PPS stock).

Those that ACTUALLY KNOW and work in this business, will see that we have hit a solid base-hit with UNHOLY SONG, on our way to winning the world series... just watch, it's all happening NOW>>>>>

Almost ANY movie can be placed onto TUBI and ROKU... but the financial winners are those that have HOME PAGE or CATEGORY PAGE priority listings. How do you get that? One way only: theatrical release exposure.

What better way - and what better spokesperson - than to have HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson promoting the company and releases like UNHOLY SONG at national media events (such as the SATURN AWARDS), and on local market media, such as KNWA (Fayetteville) and FoxNews10 Sacramento? These media appearances cost HHSE $0 dollars, which is a refreshing change to some of the company's prior experiences (e.g., paying an actress $20,000 to appear on THE TONIGHT SHOW, plus another $5,000 "wardrobe allowance" and $5,000 for hair-and-make-up entourage and private SUV Sedan car service... ugh!!).

More exciting BOX OFFICE news from Hannover House - HHSE

Greetings HHSE Friends - although we are still under a news announcement quarantine about our MAJOR STREAMING VENTURE on "WILDFIRE" - we have been granted permission to pursue a THEATRICAL RELEASE for the film in April. Below is a full-page ad for BOX OFFICE Magazine (March-April) that will also have bonus circulation at the CINEMACON 2025 Show in Las Vegas (March 31 - April 3).

Hannover House will be present at Cinemacon - with meetings set for the major exhibitors, as well as sneak-peek teasers on the epic and transformative major production of TEMPUS PORTA.  Just the big-stuff folks!

In other theatrical news, UNHOLY SONG launches this weekend in advance of a key market expansion on March 14.  Hannover House is positioning the film to create momentum and to maximize our streaming revenues (starting in May). International sales of UNHOLY SONG will be posted to the company's Q1 and Q2 reports, but are already sufficient to self-finance the company's decision to "greenlight" the production of UNHOLY SONG 2 to film this summer in Northern California. This is our development of a franchise IP, like "TERRIFIER" for HHSE to control. Just imagine the cash flows when this indie-horror property hits streaming!

Ain't no TALK, folks. This a DELIVERING real results and real REVENUES!

Social Media Ads Launch THIS WEEKEND with Theatre Chains, FaceBook and Instagram for UNHOLY SONG

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - with just a week to go for the initial theatrical launch of UNHOLY SONG, we are kicking off a Social Media campaign -including theatre-specific BANNER ADS and POSTS such as those pictured below.

Our UNHOLY SONG 60-second trailer has been viewed over 12-million times across a variety of platforms, publications and sites... and these new BANNER ADS should make about 3-million impressions in the next 8-days...

All of these actions to create market visibility and awareness will pay off for HHSE as we move into the lucrative V.O.D. market... as well as commence with International Deliveries and the production of UNHOLY SONG 2.  Much more to come!

Hannover House - Status Update for Shareholders

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - So many exciting things in motion at this time!  As requested by some HHSE Longs - here's a quick recap of key items and projects:

1).  TRUMP BOOK - Author Barr McClellan asked to add new material in order to cover the historic Inaugural week, plus "Promises Made, Promises Kept" (delivery on campaign pledges), as well as a recap summary chapter called "American Manifesto." These changes and additions will enhance the newsworthiness and shelf-life of the book - elevating it to a more lasting historical record. There will be about a 3-week delay in both the e-book and hardcover editions.... but in the scope of long-term values, we felt that this was a modest delay for a longer-term gain. Meanwhile PRESALES are ASTOUNDING!

2).  UNHOLY SONG - This is turning into a MAJOR SURPRISE HIT for HHSE. This low-budget horror thriller is the first title under our newly resurrected "releasing brand" of HEMDALE (the multi-Oscar winning indie studio where Hannover House CEO Eric Parkinson was previously CEO). The teaser trailer has already generated over 7-million total views (mostly via "X" posts and boosted ads) - which is a terrific sign of consumer interest. The film opens in theatres Feb. 28. FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER for a Hannover House release, Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes have ALREADY launched the title page... a full four weeks prior to the film's release! Watch for some jaw-dropping PUBLICITY over the next few weeks... we won't tell you what to watch for in advance.. we'll just SHOW YOU with the photos and video links!

3).  HHSE UPLIST - At long last, we are filing the application to uplist to the OTC: QB.  Our plan to do this in January was not met, but our commitment remains. There have been some issues to resolve including the refiling of some prior years 1120 corporate tax returns. But we are close to completion, and look forward to the days in which high-volume traders will step-up to support the HHSE stock growth.

4).  WILDFIRE - As stated last week, the final theatrical mixing and mastering was completed in Los Angeles... and the film is presently in "delivery mode" to turn this asset into positive cash flow. Some HHSE Longs asked for an explanation of how a Special Purpose Entity such as SNOWY MORNING, INC. is related to a parent organization such as HHSE - and how the transference and capitalization of the balance sheet asset works? We realize that none of our HHSE shareholders (and none of the chat-room posters) have ever actually produced a movie, so this logistics question is understandably an unknown to non-industry professionals. But every major studio and distributor involved in feature productions uses "SPE" Special Purpose Entities for the physical production of features. This is an important step for both signatory status to guilds, as well as for arm's-length protection of the affiliate studio from any liens or liabilities that sometimes occur with feature productions. Once a film is completed and cleared, the asset is moved to the studio owner / distributor.

5).  OTHER BIG STUFF - We are preparing for the production shoot of INDIAN TERRITORY - as well as in Pre-Production (in Malta) with TEMPUS PORTA, and a privately funded Native American comedy, HARD TIMES IN T-TOWN. The company is also "almost" finished with the production of NATIVE FABLES - and will have this fully ready in May for the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL (including one of the segments in the short-film showcase competition!).

Last but not least... the MYFLIX Streaming Service is positioned to LAUNCH... we have been awaiting FINANCIAL RESOURCES to assure a success. With deliveries now commencing for WILDFIRE - as well as TRUMP book presales strong and ticket demand for UNHOLY SONG strong - we feel the company will be well-positioned to self-finance the MYFLIX launch in the coming months!
