HANNOVER HOUSE – OTC: HHSE - Achievements & Highlights of 2025

2025 was the year of the 180-degree pivot and new direction for Hannover House. Here’s a recap of some of the year’s most notable achievements:

1).  RELAUNCH OF BOOK PUBLISHING ACTIVITIES – In January, Hannover announced the forthcoming release of a third book from best-selling author BARR McCLELLAN. Utilizing Barr’s unprecedented access to Trump campaign insiders, his book, “AMERICAN MANIFESTO,” looks behind-the-curtain to reveal the marketing strategies and successes that delivered a historic and unexpected Presidential campaign win for Donald Trump. Originally planned as a Q1 release, the book was delayed due to rewrites and Trump Media approvals… and this delay ultimately proved to be divine intervention for HHSE.  Q1 turned into knife-fight / cluster bomb for more than a dozen “Trump” themed books… all of which cannibalized each other, and none of which achieved HIT status.

Under guidance from key retailers, Hannover House was advised to modify some content and elements within the book to make it more accessible to a broader audience. The revised book is now positioned as a campaign tool for political strategy and techniques, as well as a historic political analysis. Unlike the “personality-themed” books that rushed to the market, “AMERICAN MANIFESTO” is positioned for long-retail shelf life (multiple years). The revised packaging art is pictured below – and we are awaiting consensus dates from the top three book retailers as to when during early 2026  (a campaign year!) we are best positioned to hit the retail market.

2).  RELAUNCH OF THEATRICAL RELEASING ACTIVITIES – In February, Hannover House performed a limited theatrical release on the genre’ horror film, “UNHOLY SONG(hitting a total of 30 theatres in 25 markets across the USA). Not much box office was generated – but HHSE successfully met our goal of elevating the film’s stature for streaming priority. HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson and Brazilian actress Jessica Chaves were invited VIP guests for the red-carpet media of the Saturn Awards in Universal City, CA (which was broadcast worldwide), and the film has performed well via TUBI, ROKU, PLEX and three international markets. Despite this modest success for this micro-budget feature, HHSE has since waived our rights to produce and co-finance a sequel, as we were unconvinced that the sequel script and planned casting would be commercial.  But we achieved all of our goals for UNHOLY SONG, which elevated the visibility for HHSE within the industry.  In early 2026, UNHOLY SONG will also be released to DVD and Blu-Ray, marking the first new “physical” video release from HHSE since 2018.

3).  EXPANSION OF CATALOG TITLES ONTO V.O.D. – HHSE pulled additional titles off-the-shelf from prior DVD release, and put these onto streaming services in 2025 (including Tubi, Roku, Plex, Amazon, YouTube and Peacock). Eight new titles from HHSE are now streaming and generating monthly revenues for the Company and our program rights partners.

4).  COMPLETION OF FILMING ON HHSE’S 2nd FEATURE PROJECT – In April, Hannover House produced the ambitious and historic “TRAIL OF TEARS: THE HYMN” filming, as the lead title (of five) for the 2026 Feature Anthology release of “NATIVE FABLES” from Cherokee Director Chris Coursey. Initial feedback for “TRAIL OF TEARS” as well as the entire feature anthology has been extremely favorable – and this has encouraged HHSE to pursue “Best Live Action Short Film” qualification for the 2026 Academy Awards.  There was some movement to rush the film’s editing and try for Oscar qualification in 2025 – but feedback from the Academy encouraged us to not compromise the post-production needs for the film, and focus instead on an early 2026  qualifying release.

5).  TWO MORE THEATRICAL RELEASES ELEVATE HHSE’S INDUSTRY STANDING – a very small (three theatre) release of the political documentary “TORN: THE ISRAEL-PALESTINE POSTER WAR ON NYC STREETS” in early September generated some positive national publicity and media support (including NY TIMES, LA TIMES, FOX NEWS, CNN and MSNBC ). But alas, the political content of the film may have contributed to it being left off this year’s “Best Documentary” Oscars short list. Regardless, the credibility boost for HHSE was invaluable.

Just a few weeks later (Sept. 26), Hannover House released the original family-appeal feature, “WILDFIRE: THE LEGEND OF THE CHEROKEE GHOST HORSE” to 22 theatres in 10 qualifying theatrical markets. This positioned the film as a featured premiere exclusive with FANDANGO AT HOME (NBC-Universal) from Oct. 10 until Dec. 26 , with rentals at $3.99 and downloads at $12.99. WILDFIRE was the only  new-release family feature in October to be offered in 4k streaming from Fandango, and this contributed to its popularity on the service. WILDFIRE is now scheduled to launch next week onto TUBI, ROKU and PEACOCK – for “free” viewing by consumers (there is an advertising revenue split with these V.O.D. services). Again, having a title promoted by Fandango was a major visibility boost for HHSE and our prestigious  HEMDALE releasing label.

6).  CREDIT-ENHANCEMENT FINANCING FACILITY – HHSE has been working with a major BANK and a major “SURETY BOND / CREDIT ENHANCEMENT” facility in the structuring of a $3.5-mm debt line-of-credit. Proceeds are allocated for general operations, specific (and qualifying) original productions and the launch of the MYFLIX streaming service. Meeting the conditions for these financing tools has been challenging and taken a lot of time… but what this credit line will do to explode the company’s revenue opportunities is the most material development in the 33-year history of Hannover House. We are not yet allowed to announce the parties (until all conditions are met), or the films that HHSE is planning to pursue “in part” with credit line funding, but it’s very exciting and evidences a new phase for HHSE going into 2026.

7).  OTC UPLIST OF HHSE STOCK – One of the most exciting projects during 2025 has been the completion of the OTC up list application and supporting package to elevate the stock to the “QB” exchange. Despite prior communications with the OTC Market, HHSE will NOT be “grandfathered” in regarding the allowance of the application to be filed RIGHT NOW (while the share price is still under a penny). We will need to meet this final requirement and threshold, and plans are in motion to meet this requirement in the next few days and weeks. Once we file the up list, there is a general consensus amongst smart investors that the company will be a more interesting investment for larger traders and funds… which, of course, will benefit our HHSE longs.

8).  MUSIC PUBLISHING AND RELEASE ACTIVITIES - During 2026, HHSE will be launching our first “Motion Picture Soundtrack” release (“WILDFIRE”) as well as our first original artist release, GABY NAGEL (Cherokee Flutist). The last CD Soundtrack release from Hannover House was in 2005 in support of the movie “GRAND CHAMPION” (and the soundtrack featured Willie Nelson, George Strait, The Dixie Chicks and other notable performers from the movie’s score).  This prior release was a HUGE success at retail (Walmart, Target, Best Buy). With HHSE already investing in the creation and recording of music for our feature productions, it makes sense to also monetize these existing assets via the digital and physical markets for music.

9).  MYFLIX – THE TAIL THAT WAGGED THE DOG – Those watching the media industry cannot ignore that a streaming service like NETFLIX has grown so much that it now has the ability to buy a media stalwart like WARNER BROS. Those in-the-know recognize what HHSE saw nearly ten years ago:  that streaming services offer HUGE revenue opportunities for the platforms owning such services. Accordingly, 2026 will be the year for MYFLIX to “wag-the-dog” and dominate over all other HHSE activities in terms of revenues, market excitement and industry clout.

It’s all on AUTO-PILOT now… so sit back and enjoy the show!
