Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - the OTC Markets up-list for HHSE (to QB) is on track to happen pre-Christmas. But at the advice of counsel (to avoid stock sale manipulations), we are not able to tell you the precise filing date. But we are excited to at the finish-line and look forward to greeting hundreds (thousands?) of new shareholders later this month and into 2026 - timed perfectly for the company's revenue jump and new activities.
One new venture not previously announced is the Spring 2026 feature production of a Faith & Family movie called "THE PATH." Writer-Director WES GILLUM told HHSE's Eric Parkinson about his proof-of-concept short film while filming a role in the HHSE feature western, INDIAN TERRITORY. The short film has already won 46 film festival awards, and is poised to be a commercially successful faith-based feature. The feature version of the film will shoot next spring (2026) in Dallas and Missouri - with a theatrical release planned for Oct. 2026 and streaming planned for Christmas 2026.
Hannover House will be representing worldwide rights to the film, as well as credited as the co-production studio. Casting will be announced in the Spring... as there are a LOT of high-profile feature film actors working in Texas at this time (there's a massive production boom in Texas - fueled in large part by FOUR Taylor Sheridan Paramount+ hit TV series) - and we will be working with Wes Gillum to hire the best actors that schedules allow.
