Greetings from Beverly Hills (?)

Greetings to our HHSE friends and followers on this Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

No, the HHSE Managers are not REALLY in Beverly Hills today. That was just a joke, because we are prohibited by law from making any false statements - such as if one of us were to pretend to be a woman living in Beverly Hills. In reality, we had a much less flamboyant day in Fayetteville, Arkansas today, reviewing the issues of balance sheet reconciliations of the 1120-S Corporate returns vs. the consolidated financials contained in our Form 10 Registration.  Fortunately, our new CFO (Randall Blanton) is also a CPA and auditor, so his skill sets are making these previously daunting tasks much simpler for the company to complete.

One of the issues that Parkinson and Shefte are the MOST EXCITED about in the immediate “post-Registration” time period, is the long-awaited filing of the multi-million dollar civil action against the four “HHSE stock critics” (who collectively post on stock chat boards under 14 alias identities). Those who follow HHSE will know that these coordinated trolls have a wanton disregard for the truth, and that they spew a relentless barrage of disparaging diarrhea against HHSE in a frantic scramble to invent new reasons for shareholders to dump their shares. The newest lie birthed just yesterday was that Randall Blanton is not REALLY working as our CFO. This was quite surprising for Mr. Blanton to read this today - and he speculated that the parties manufacturing such baloney “must be really desperate” to be trying so hard to hurt HHSE. Why, he wondered?  What would be putting the squeeze onto someone so powerfully as to motivate them to make statements that are SO EASILY DISPROVEN as total BS?

I guess we will find out VERY SOON as the civil lawsuit contains a section in which the names, addresses, emails, telephones, alias names (and even photographs) of the four HHSE stock critics are disclosed within the lawsuit for all the world to see. Perhaps the mystery of these four little boys will finally be known to all of the public, the S.E.C. and even the U.S. Attorney’s office  Stay Tuned!.

In the meantime - stay safe, stay clean, and stay LONG on HHSE!

Hannover House Shareholders Meeting Delayed pending Form 10 Registration Filing

(Fayetteville, AR) The annual shareholders meeting for Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE), scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2020 is being delayed to allow for outside vendors to complete items needed for the company's Form 10 Registration filing,  according to company President D. Frederick Shefte.

"The primary issue of interest for the shareholders meeting is the discussion of the content of the Form 10 Registration Statement," said Shefte.  "However, we are still waiting for a few required items from our professional advisors, including some unforseen issues - such as conforming the separate tax returns for three operating corporations into the company's consolidated financial statements.  There are some additional third-party verifications needed for the audit and two OTC compliance filings, all of which are in motion, but not yet completed," he concluded.

Hannover House, Inc. has been trading on the OTC Pinksheets market since December 2009. It has been the company's goal for several years to uplist to the OTC QB exchange, which occurs through the formal registration process with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Existing Hannover House shareholders believe that the transparency provided by a fully-reporting company will encourage new investors and funds to consider the stock and the new ventures that Hannover House has in motion.

Shareholders will be updated via the Hannover House corporate blog site as to the rescheduling of the Shareholders meeting… which is planned to occur within three-to-five days following the Form 10 filing.

Live Streaming for HHSE Shareholder's Meeting - Saturday, Feb. 29 at 11-am Central Time

Greetings HHSE Shareholders - As previously announced, the annual meeting of shareholders will be held this coming Saturday, Feb. 29 at 11-am Central Time (originally planned for the following Saturday - but a scheduling conflict that will be disclosed during the meeting suggested that we accelerate the Shareholder's meeting date to Feb. 29).

Some shareholders have emailed HHSE managers and asked questions such as:

"How are shareholders supposed to pre-register to gain access to view?"  and...

"Do I need special equipment, software or an APP to view the shareholder's meeting?

The answers are:

1).  No preregistration or qualification of viewers as being existing HHSE shareholders will be required this year.  It's open to the public.

2).  No special equipment is needed... the management presentation will be "live-streamed" via the internet, and viewable on a to-be-added link page that will be posted onto the company's website:  www.HannoverHouse.com

QUESTIONS from shareholders can be submitted via TEXT to:  479-871-8713 (but only during the meeting, please don't send text questions in advance... if you have a question you wish to suggest BEFORE the meeting, please email it to:  Eric@HannoverHouse.com).

Unfortunately, time limitations will not enable managers to respond to all questions received during the presentation from shareholders, nor to respond to any non-shareholder questions.

LOTS OF KEY ITEMS, PROJECTS AND CORPORATE ENDEAVORS WILL BE DISCUSSED AND DISCLOSED!

Updates on Form 10 Filing & Timing

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - While we are still technically in "early February" at this moment in time, we are well past "late January" as has been pointed out to HHSE managers by several of our friendly and loyal longs. Not surprisingly, in the past few days, we have received quite a few emails from shareholders requesting a definition of what we meant a couple of weeks ago on this blog site with the vague promise of the Form 10 filing being within days?  It's a fair question.

We have struggled with finding a balance between "updating shareholders" and the prospect of inadvertently "self-sabotaging" the process.  We have also been told that telling shareholders in advance of a specific filing date could appear manipulative - and that this very act could impede the S.E.C. approval of our Form 10 registration.

Even so, it's always dicey to try to predict the amount of time that is required for third parties to perform their duties, and with the HHSE Form 10, we are literally working with three different CPA's, a separate PCAOB auditing firm, four attorneys (each handling different aspects of disclosure, legal responses and filing reviews) and a XBRL formatting service. Any time there's any notable change to the financials (whether it's from a comment from our CPAs or in response to an auditor's question), the company has to respond with changes in all of the textual write-ups and relay this to the XBRL formatting tables.

It's only hard like this the first time... as once all parties agree on the assumptions, supporting data and general starting point of the financials, then the quarterly reporting on a going-forward basis is much more rudimentary.

The filing date is close. That's the most specific that counsel can recommend that we disclose tonight.  Please stay tuned...

Meanwhile, HHSE sends an enthusiastic CONGRATULATIONS to our friend, director MARSHALL CURRY on his first Oscar win tonight (for "The Neighbor's Window"). With "RACING DREAMS" holding onto it's 100% FRESH rating on Rotten Tomatoes, we knew that it was only a matter of time before Marshall would be accepting the Academy Award!

Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - After weeks of discussions & negotiations, we are pleased to report that Veteran Financial Industry CFO, RANDALL BLANTON, is joining the HHSE team in the capacity as Chief Financial Officer.

Short but Significant Week for HHSE

HHSE management wants to profoundly thank our long-term and new shareholders alike. Your faith and instincts about HHSE shall be proven correct over the next few days.

We certainly can't say the same about the long-term "shorts" (we all know who they are:  their posting history clearly betrays their agenda of harming the company for their own financial gains).

This is the end of the line for the HHSE bashers and naysayers - and the beginning of a solid R.O.I. for sophisticated investors.

STAY TUNED!

End of Calendar Year... and Beginning of the new Era for HHSE

Greetings, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy Holidays to all of our shareholders, friends & followers.

The next few remaining business days of 2019 will not see many distractions of meetings and scheduling demands, which is a well-timed blessing for the completion of management's current tasks-at-hand (i.e., finalization and filing of Form 10 and S-1).

One issue that we would like shareholders to consider over the next few days is the LOCATION where we will hold the next SHAREHOLDER'S MEETING for HHSE.  We have designated SATURDAY, MARCH 7 as our date... however, we are looking at several potential cities and venues based upon previously received Shareholder requests (listed alphabetically):

LOCATION KEY POSITIVES     KEY NEGATIVES
Chicago, IL Large, existing longs, plus interest in S-1 Support.      Mid-Level Travel & Venue        Costs
Fayetteville, AR Savings and logistics simplicity for key HHSE Management.      No non-officer major                shareholders
Los Angeles, CA Large existing longs, plus interest in S-1 Support.     Mid-Level Travel & Venue        Costs
New York, NY Large existing longs, plus interest in S-1 Support.     High Travel & Venue Costs
Vancouver, B.C. S-1 support from large current and prospective Shareholders.       High Travel costs,                      inconvenience to other              major shareholders

We welcome shareholder comments as to the LOCATION - as well as remaining receptive to moving the date by one week (either one week earlier or later, based on shareholder schedules and availabilities).  We also are opening the forum NOW for shareholders to submit issues / questions or topics that they would like to have addressed during the meeting and the formal agenda.  If you have a location preference or agenda item to suggest, please send an email to:  Eric@HannoverHouse.com (Eric Parkinson, CEO).

Key agenda items will include the topics listed below (alphabetically)... along with other items of interest or request from shareholders:

CURRENT CORE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES;

FINANCIAL REVIEW - Covering prior year's results and coming 2020 activities;

FORM 10 - INITIAL S.E.C. RESPONSE TO REGISTRATION FILING;

MYFLIX (VODWIZ) - UPDATES / STATUS;

OFFICERS / MANAGERS - Introduction of New Principals added to HHSE Team;

S-1 OFFERING - STATUS OF S-1 AS OF MEETING DATE (3-blocks of 50-mm shares each);
