Solid launch for first few days of CANNES market

Greetings HHSE Friends - it’s easy for us to project a record revenue year for HHSE in 2024, based solely on the distribution and production deals made during these first five days at CANNES.

International licensing deals have been made on six key titles (including two, previously unannounced features: SWEAT IT OUT and TEMPUS PORTA). Even more exciting: over $22-mm worth of production and financing ventures involving co-production (PSA) arrangements, government incentives and equity investors from Germany, Australia, Malta and Hungary will fund five major production titles (four not yet announced).

Post Cannes wrap-up will go into greater details.  Onward soldiers, the victory is ours!

HHSE - Office / Warehouse / "Insert Stage" Work-in-Progress

Greetings HHSE Friends - here's a few updates on HHSE activities:

1).  Q1 filings will be posted on Monday (May 14) to the OTC markets.

2).  Still waiting for final Audit review for the OTC:QB up-list. But the application filing is otherwise ready to go at a moment's notice.

3).  Significant high-level "MATERIAL" meetings at Cannes next week, which have the potential of reshaping / revolutionizing the activities and stature of HHSE. Will report on these as they conclude.

4).  Office-Warehouse-Stage combo project is well underway in Fayetteville. Five work stations in the enclosed office (for HHSE and MyFlix activities), plus men's and women's restrooms, and approx. 2,500 sq feet of storage, 1,200 sq. foot of an "insert stage" and cyclorama back wall. More to follow as this project approaches the finish line.

And last, but not least:  big release development (VOD schedule confirmation) is being finalized for WILDFIRE. Our previous "HHSE selected release dates" were thwarted by the requirement that we withhold the theatrical launch until "not more than 60-days prior to the Streaming Launch." So, to have that date about to be announced, frees us up to get back to the exciting task of a major theatrical launch with WILDFIRE!

Hannover House / Restoration to "Current" Status on OTC Markets

Greetings - after two revisions and 32 days of waiting for OTC review, we finally got the thumbs-up that our filing has been approved, and that we can upload the Annual Attorney Letter to the OTC Markets. We are informed that our "current" status could be restored as early as tomorrow... or on Monday.

Just wanted to let the team know.

ON ANOTHER MATTER - below is the VIMEO link to the PROMO REEL for a new feature documentary that Hannover House will be representing for the producers.

SWEAT IT OUT
will be announced at CANNES in about two weeks.

HHSE Filings & General Update

Greetings HHSE Friends - here is a quick summary of key items as of Friday, April 26, 2024:

1).  OTC FILINGS - a second round of formatting and disclosure revisions were posted last night for the year-end report (12-31-2023); once this filing is approved, the company will  be restored to “current” reporting status.

2). Upon restoration to “current status” - we will be able to file the annual attorney opinion letter for further compliance.

3).  OTC QB application is ready to file as soon as the audit opinion letter is provided. Audited financials for 12-31-2023 will also be filed to SEC Edgar, to achieve fully reporting compliance.

4).  Final prep is underway for CANNES meetings for international sales & licensing. HHSE will be offering seven titles… NOT including a new project - a $10-mm financed action adventure feature to shoot later this year in Hungary. Excited to be working with ADRIAN PAUL (“Highlander”) on this one, and with his FormaFilmz team.

MUCH MORE TO FOLLOW!!

Hannover House - 12-31-2023 Filings with the OTC Markets

Greetings - We received an unexpected and unwelcomed surprise on Monday while attempting to UPLOAD our 12-31-2023 year-end report to the OTC Markets. We discovered that our subscription access had expired and that we were blocked from uploading news or disclosures. Upon investigation, we discovered that the renewal bills had been sent to the original contact email, Fred@HannoverHouse.com, which is a mail box rarely checked since the death of Fred Shefte two years ago. We had presumed that our "company contact details" as updated regularly would be utilized for any such future invoicing... but have since had to request that Eric Parkinson be listed as the billing contact.

In any event, without our 12-31-2023 filing posted by the April 1st date, the company received a "YIELD" sign. We are told that this will be restored to CURRENT status once our access is restored (tonight), a new password is selected, and our 12-31-2023 filings are reviewed. Otherwise, all is good and on track.

Have a great weekend... and may the sun shine onto your portfolios (except for Monday afternoon during the solar eclipse).

HHSE Updates - Per Shareholder Requests

Greetings HHSE Friends - the past two weeks have been challenging in terms of workload vs. available hours in a day. But we're getting everything done. The purpose of this short blog today is to provide some updates, without stepping over-the-line of revealing details under quarantine due to third-party partners, or to provide information which could be purposely misinterpreted by those with a stock-suppression or short-sale agenda.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

1).  Audit issues relating to our 12-31-2024 year-end and OTC:QB uplist have been resolved, but require some management consideration of optional issues. For instance, capitalized costs for prior production investments, marketing expenditures and prepaid royalty advances, may prove to be more beneficial to the company if written-down (in full or in part) to create a Net Operating Loss as an offset anticipated taxes from the company's current activities. The upside is that HHSE could retain more of the funds from the current revenue activities... the downside is that future income from such capitalized ventures would be taxed from first dollar, without offsets. A decision on direction must be made soon, as the 12-31-2024 filing is due to the OTC Markets this week.

2).  Regarding WILDFIRE, the film's April 19 theatrical launch is further delayed due to timing issues relating to the film's major studio streaming venture. The theatrical release cannot occur earlier than 60-days prior to the Studio streaming premiere... so we are forced to acquiesce to their schedule. There's a lot of money involved, so following the studio lead is a no-brainer.

3).  The production of INDIAN TERRITORY was approved by the Screen Actors Guild under their new "post-strike" terms. Principal photography will commence June 3 - and the film's four "major stars" and key supporting players have an impressive worldwide box office cumulative value of more than $10-billion. So, that's an exciting project for this summer, after the uplist scramble is completed.

4).  MyFlix continues to be stalled, but due solely to lack of marketing-launch funds. A major investor has agreed to support the venture's launch, but only after the QB uplist is completed... so that's a relief to know that matter of required funding has been addressed.

5).  Cowboys of Cannabis has not been a windfall success. The initial results via TUBI were good enough for them to ask for a sequel... but questionable on our end as to whether or not a sequel makes good sense. So for now, the material shot in December is on hold with the editors, pending a wider placement of the first Cowboys of Cannabis to other platforms. Hannover House will not spend time or money on projects that don't generate positive cash flow... and to date, this one is still unrecouped.

6).  Unholy Song - First edit cut turned out fantastic, and that feature is now moving into Sound and Music post production steps. Superb project - with a planned USA Theatrical launch on Jan. 31, 2025. Exorcism-themed horror films seem to have a solid and predictable audience.

7).  Native Fables - Episode four of the Native Fables series films in April, with the important theme of "Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women" (MMIW). Hannover House is working with a major tribe and a major non-profit MMIW support group to create legislation for the U.S. Congress to allocate more funds to the Bureau of Indian Affairs Rapid Response Unit ("Shadow Wolves"). So, it's a great film with a greater cause to benefit. Stay tuned...

The computing power and data management potential of Computer Generated Image technology for feature films has grown exponentially in recent years. Now, a simple green-screen cyclorama in a warehouse building can compete with the world's largest and most expensive "sound stages" in terms of image creation. This evolution in image creation has already rendered some film industry jobs obsolete:  set construction, stunt players and non-creative support jobs. The winners in this new entertainment world are the CREATIVES:  writers, directors and producers who make the magic happen through manifestation of concept and images. Over the next few years, expect to see this paradigm shift impact the revenues, value and stock prices for companies with vision and ideas - but which may have previously lacked only the funding resources that "the old way" of making movies required. This is the golden-age of entertainment production creation.

In Advance of OTC:QB Uplist, Hannover House discloses key elements of 3-year Business Plan

UPDATE: Sunday, Feb. 25 - The detailed blog (below - originally posted on Feb. 2), predicted the filing of the OTC Markets uplist (to QB) as likely to occur last week. This did not happen, and for a reason we now know (but did not know then) regarding the turn-around time for verifications of key payables and receivables under PCAOB Section 330 and 331 procedures. Key items requiring verification under PCAOB audit practices cannot be deemed unopposed until specific benchmarks of time and outreach efforts have transpired. Accordingly, we are still in a short waiting period for these issued to be verified (or deemed unopposed as such). That said, we still stand by our predictions of solid growth in the PPS and volume of HHSE shares in the next few days and weeks.

*****************************************************

(FEB. 2 BLOG):

As recommended by corporate counsel - Hannover House, Inc. is providing information and disclosures below - including charts - describing corporate activities, projects and forecasts. This information is provided due to the scheduled release of information next week to potential stakeholders and lenders, who have expressed interest in supporting specific projects and / or the company's stock at such point in time that the OTC Markets uplist application to QB status has been completed.

Timing for this initial project (the OTC Markets up-list) is imminent - although the positive impact to the company's stock price and volume are forecasted for mid-to-late February.

Additional benchmark activities for 2024 include: company's first ever "nationwide" theatrical release of WILDFIRE (April 19), the completion of the historic feature film INDIAN TERRITORY (with Oscar-winning actors), and the launch of the MYFLIX Streaming service (which, for most of the MyFlix suppliers, has always been tied-into the company first stepping up into "fully-reporting status" for accounting transparency as required for the supplier studios).

These projects and corporate actions by Hannover House are widely expected to attract significant new interest into the company and stock... and could / should dramatically increase the volume and PPS of the HHSE stock. The efforts by a handful of stock-naysayers to suppress the stock has created a huge upside for smart money... as the potential HHSE price of more than $.05 per share creates a ten-to-one-return potential.

The exclusion of specific projects from the attached charts should not be construed as an abandonment of said projects - merely that the HHSE management has chosen to highlight those items deemed most likely to have a "material" impact to the operations (e.g., more than $500,000 in value). Examples of projects not listed on the charts include:  COWBOYS OF CANNABIS (now on various streaming services after a 90-day TUBI exclusive), THE LEGEND OF BELLE STARR (temporarily delayed due to prioritization of INDIAN TERRITORY as the launch vehicle) and NATIVE FABLES (an anthology of Native American written-and-directed short films, now in production and about 50% completed).

More to come....
