Greetings HHSE Friends -- Quick update for Tuesday, more detailed blog to follow tomorrow:
* Q4 Financials to be released soon (under review, but will press for publication pre-SH meeting).
* Q3 Edgars with MRM were revised to their required XBLR specs, and are in process for publication onto Edgar (first time process required the creation of some HHSE specific templates, to speed up future Edgar filings). Again, we will press for this to be posted by SH mtng.
* Library Valuations -- Received communications from some shareholders, confused as to why the third-party (March, 2011) review of the HH library included revenue projections for 2011 and 2012 which were not achieved. While HH did not make these revenue projections -- but the company did posted the independent valuation methodology report in which they were contained -- the basis for the valuation has not changed. In order to better understand the Company's releasing strategy, a more detailed description of the VOD, BD, Budget DVD and Television activities for 2013 and 2014 will be posted to explain the rationale behind delaying some of activities.
* DECEPTZ products were shipped and are now hitting retail shelves; TOYS IN THE ATTIC and FATHERS OF THE SPORT products are being replicated for shipment in the next few days. All great developments for the Company's Accounts Receivables.
